HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ?

Prescriptions can be requested by post or in person, using the computer slip attached to your previous prescription. Your prescription will be ready after 12 noon the following day. We are unable to take orders or issue repeat prescriptions at weekends or public holidays.

Prescriptions may then be collected from the surgery, from Brynteg Chemist, from Brymbo Chemist or from Boots or via stamped addressed envelope provided by the patient.

HOW DO I...
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ?

Appointments may be made personally in the surgery or by telephone on 758311.

In the event of being unable to keep your appointment please advise reception accordingly at the earliest opportunity. This may allow the appointment to be offered to another patient.

Patients aged 75 and over

Any registered patient over the age of 75 who has not attended the practice for a consultation within the previous 12 months is requested to make an appointment through the normal practice procedures.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A HOME VISIT ?

Should a home visit be necessary, please try to ring the surgery (on 720757) before 10.00am. We would ask that you give our receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls.

Remember the doctor can see approximately five patients in surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit, therefore you will be asked as a matter of routine, if you are able to come to the surgery. If you or your child are too unwell to sit and wait to be seen in open surgery, please tell our reception staff and they will arrange for you to be seen immediately on your arrival.

HOW DO I...
CHANGE MY DETAILS ?

Please let us know if any of the above change, so that your records can be kept up to date.

HOW DO I...
MAKE A COMMENT/COMPLAINT ?

If you have a comment about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know.

Our Practice Complaints Leaflet gives details of our complaints procedure.

HOW DO I...
REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE ?

All new patients, on registering with the practice, will be offered an appointment with the practice nurse for a simple health check.
